What is needed to receive a quote and/or place an Embroidery and/or Screen Print order?
Please send your logo/artwork in the one of the following type of files to quotes@leadapparel.com
.JPG, .PDF, .TIF, .AI, .EPS, .PSD
Also, please provide the following details in addition to your attached artwork.
Product SKU, Quantity, Color(s), Size Breakdown, if available.
Please list any special requests such as font, edits needed to artwork, rush service, specifications for names and/or numbers.
What are the set up costs to begin an embroidery order with LEAD Apparel?
LEAD Apparel will provide FREE set up for a custom embroidery order up to ONE logo/design for any order of 36 pieces or more.
What are the set up costs to begin a screen print order with LEAD Apparel?
Screen charges are $25 per color. Color changes to same screen are $6 per color.
Is there a minimum to place an order for an embroidery and/or screen print order?
A minimum of 12 pieces is needed to place an order for custom polo shirts and other products. This number applies to both screen print and embroidery projects..
What is turnaround time to complete a custom order?
Turn Around time is typically 10 business days from date of order.
Will I be able to view our logo/artwork before receiving embroidery and/or screen print Order?
LEAD Apparel will provide a proof, via email, within 7 business days after the date of order. Once you have approved, we will send the job to production. Tracking information will be sent, via email, the day your order ships.
