What does LEAD Apparel need to provide a quote or accept an order for screen printing or embroidery work?
Make sure to send us your logo/artwork in the one of the following types of files to quotes@leadapparel.com:
.JPG, .PDF, .TIF, .AI, .EPS, .PSD
To expedite your quote, also provide the following details in addition to your attached artwork:
Product SKU, Quantity, Color(s), Size Breakdown, if available.
Make sure to let us know about special requests such as font, edits needed to artwork, rush service, specifications for names and/or numbers.
What kinds of set up costs are associated with embroidery orders?
We don’t charge a setup fee for custom polo shirts or other products on orders of 36 pieces or more. The free offer is for one logo or design though.
What do you charge in setup costs for screen printing?
The screen printing setup charges are $25 per color. We charge $6 for color changes to same screen.
What is the minimum order for custom work?
We ask that a minimum of a 12-piece order be placed for both screen printing and embroidery projects.
What kind of turnaround time does LEAD Apparel offer?
Our turnaround time is generally about 10 business days from date of order.
Do you provide proofs prior to fulfilling custom orders?
Yes. We deliver a proof, via email, within 7 business days from the date of your order. Once you approve your artwork, the job will go into production. We’ll send you tracking information for your order by email as soon as your products ship.
