Domestic Shipping:
Lead Apparel ships anywhere within the USA and surrounding territories. A flat rate of $7.95 will be applied to any order being shipped to one of the 48 Continental states or an APO/FPO address. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam and other Caribbean locations will be subject to additional charges and longer delivery times.
Lead Apparel ships via UPS, FedEx and USPS depending on the shipping destination. We offer Expedited shipping service including Next Day, Two Day and Three Day select for orders being shipped within the 48 U.S. Continental States. Pricing for expedited shipping service are listed at checkout before submitting your order.
Custom Clothing orders (Embroidered and/or Screen Printed merchandise) are not eligible for flat rate shipping nor Free shipping promotions. Shipping is determined by weight, package dimensions and shipping address.
Order Processing and Backordered Merchandise:
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day although, depending on availability, can take up to 3 business days. If an item is currently on backorder or has been discontinued, a representative will contact you via email or phone to offer a substitute, provide a backorder date or remove the item(s) from invoice if you choose. If we have not received a response within 5 business days, we will ship what is available or cancel order in its entirety.
International Shipping:
Lead Apparel ships to many locations around the world. You can view these country’s under our drop-down selection while checking out. International Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx and USPS with International Service. Tracking and/or Customs Numbers are provided by email the date order ships.
International Shipping Charges:
When placing an International Order, the customer will be billed $36.95 at the time of purchase and the balance, if any, will be billed on or before the date of shipment. The second charge for the remaining balance will appear separately on your banking statement from the original order amount.
International Taxes & Duties:
If applicable, any taxes, duties, brokerage fees or Value Added Tax (VAT) necessary to complete delivery, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Lead Apparel will assist to provide estimates on stated taxes or duties however, we are not able to provide exact amounts given the nature of unique calculations and processes for each country’s import laws. Any difference between an estimate and actual charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
International orders are subject to billing and address verification by any method Lead Apparel deems necessary to verify customer identity. In efforts to prevent fraudulent transactions, Lead Apparel will report any suspicious activity to the proper authorities.
Please note, International orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Bongo International:
Bongo International provides customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.
